Terms of Service

By using Dr. Aiva, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Dr. Aiva provides: (a) AI-powered veterinary triage and reports, (b) teleconsults with licensed veterinarians, (c) digital pet records and care reminders. Service availability depends on your region and the vets registered there.

Important: Dr. Aiva's AI is a triage tool, not a clinical diagnosis. AI-generated assessments are informational only. They are not a substitute for in-person veterinary examination. You agree not to rely on AI output alone for treatment decisions. See our Medical Disclaimer.

Vets on Dr. Aiva are independently licensed practitioners. They are not employees of Dr. Aiva. Their advice is their own professional opinion. Dr. Aiva facilitates the connection but does not practice veterinary medicine.

Consult fees are shown before booking. Pet owners pay 100%, of which 80% goes to the vet and 20% to Dr. Aiva as a platform fee. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

You agree not to: misuse the service for emergencies that require immediate physical care, share your account, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI, harass vets or staff, or use the service for any illegal purpose.

The Dr. Aiva platform, AI models, design, and content are owned by Zoe The Happiness. Your pet records remain yours. AI-generated reports are licensed to you for personal use; commercial redistribution is prohibited.

Dr. Aiva is not liable for any harm to your pet arising from delayed care, misdiagnosis, or actions taken based on AI assessments alone. In all cases, our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months.

You may terminate your account anytime from settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with 30 days notice except in cases of fraud or harm.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are resolved in courts of Kolkata, India, except where local consumer protection laws give you stronger rights.
