Why we charge per consult, not subscription
You should not pay if you do not need a vet. Most months, your pet is fine. We refuse to lock you into a subscription that bills monthly when most pet care is preventive and Aiva-handled.
International pricing
Outside India, you pay in USD. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which accepts international cards as well as UPI, NetBanking, and wallets within India. Vet payout follows the consult currency at an 80% share.
