Most pet owners we talked to had the same story: their pet seemed off, they panicked, they Googled, the results scared them more, and by the time they reached a vet, days had passed. Sometimes the issue was minor. Sometimes it was already late.

Dr. Aiva was built to compress that window from days to minutes. AI gives you a real medical assessment in 60 seconds, free. If a vet is needed, one is 5 minutes away. Worldwide.

Founded by Zoe and under the advise of Dr. N R Sarkar, a vet (M.V.Sc Surgery and Radiology, WBVC Reg. 3499) with over a decade of clinical practice, alongside a small team of engineers, designers, and AI researchers obsessed with animal welfare.

We are a remote team across India, with on-the-ground operations in Kolkata.

• Vets second. We treat licensed vets as partners, not replaceable resources. AI assists them; it does not replace them.
• Owners third. Pet owners are smart. We give them real information, not dumbed-down warnings.
• Money fourth. Sustainable business is essential, but never at the cost of the first three.

Self-funded by Zoe The Happiness. We are intentionally not chasing VC capital; growth at the cost of quality is not the goal.
